As the eldest daughter of Nancy Sr and Ernest Newton, Janice  is a founding partner in Groupe Newton. For more than 26 years, Janice has shared in the evolving Newton family adventure, alongside her sisters Deborah, Dale and Nancy J. The delight which she experiences in the pursuit of her rewarding career, is enhanced by the firm’s close family ties, which include her son Matthew Larsen.

Janice’s passion for the arts, acquired in the course of her studies at Loyola College, is another bright facet of the iconic Newton family brand – embodied by the photogenic “Ladies in White” as they are locally known. Janice’s artistic eye allows her to swiftly identify the salient features of a property which deserve to be highlighted to optimize its sales potential. This gives Janice the insight to propose minor improvements which can increase the resale value of a home while decreasing its resale time.
