No smoking or cultivating of tobacco or marijuana plants in
or around the property.
AT the end of the lease, the Lessee(s) shall leave and
return the property and all inclusions in the same
condition (other than normal wear and tear)
All inclusions shall be in working condition before
occupancy and must be returned in the same condition at the
end of the lease except for normal wear and tear.
The Lessor/Owner reserves the right and sole discretion to
accept or refuse any Promise to lease; unless he/she is
fully satisfied to the point of legal sufficiency.
