Welcome to the Pub Le Vieux Dorval, commonly called the DT (Dorval tavern) by the community. Family business since 1988, very well established in Dorval. The building is located on the avenue Bord du Lac, in the heart of Old Dorval. The bar is frequented by a stable local clientele and by sports teams in the summer. Sports games are presented and people like to meet there to immerse themselves in a friendly atmosphere and have a bite. The kitchen is operated in consignment (contact me for more details) The upper floors are ripe for an optimisation project and have excellent revenue potential. The 2nd floor includes a large main room and a 3 1/2 The 3rd floor includes a large 3 1/2 (or small 4 1/2) An extension was added over poured concrete in 2002 to relocate the bathrooms.
