Rental conditions:1. Satisfactory credit score (renters
expense)2. Letter of employment and referrals (including
salary, position, start date, status) with latest 2 pay
stubs3. Rental referrals, for payment history4. $2 million
liability insurance prior to possession5. Non-smoking and
non-vaping (including usage and culture of any illegal
drugs)6. No short term rentals 7. The tenant is not
permitted to sub-lease or transfer the lease without prior
written authorisation from owner8. Animals to be
discussed9. The tenant shall not paint or modify the
apartment without prior written authorisation by the
owner10. Tenant will be responsible for any fees related to
loss of keys or remotes11. Tenant agrees to submit
postdated checks12. At the end of the lease, the apartment
shall be returned in the same condition as which is was
rented, including usual and normal wear of the unit13. If
the lease is not renewed at its term, the tenant will
honour all request for visits from potential new tenants
with a 24h notice
