This 20-year Pointe-Claire resident who has forged strong ties in the Montreal community, fostering an impressive network of relationships with some of the city’s leading residential and commercial brokers.

Wayne’s two decades of business expertise has been developed not only in real estate, but within local media, where his advertising and marketing successes earned him the position of General Manager and General Sales Manager, first at TSN 690, and later at The BEAT 92.5.

Highly regarded for being caring, amicable and good-natured, Wayne is also a seasoned negotiator. His diligence and attention to detail have proven invaluable in achieving winning results for his clients, as well as in assuring smooth, stress-free transactions.

Wayne’s next chapter began in 2016 within the Real Estate Sector and by 2019 he achieved the prestigious Royal LePage Chairman’s Club Award, for being in the top 1% of Real Estate Brokers nationwide.

Wayne and his wife Kelli have raised two children in the West Island, and are active members in the community. A founding member of Hockey Helps the Homeless in Montreal, Wayne also currently volunteers his time towards the Loyola High School Foundation.
