Benjamin Brown is an energetic and motivated real estate broker with an emphasis on honesty, professional service and solid results. Born and raised in Pointe-Claire, his significant involvement in the local community over the years have helped to give him an in-depth understanding of the real estate landscape in the West Island and beyond. Benjamin’s strong customer service skills were developed while working as an English teacher and service manager at an adult language school in South Korea for 6 years. Holding a BSc. in Environmental Sciences from Acadia University, Benjamin appreciates the natural beauty of the area and enjoys spending time outside with his wife and two sons.

My wife and I are located in Toronto Ontario. We were in the market for a house near Montreal. Our timeline was tight and our budget modest with an initial list of many requirements. A family member in Montreal found Benjamin Brown of Royal LePage who became a partner in our search. He spent many hours researching properties and adjusted as our requirements crystallized. He spent more time and effort visiting many prospective properties in multiple communities and provided good evaluation, pros and cons, of each property. Ben and Ron drove out to the house where they showed me statistics of houses for sale in the area. They were very well prepared to answer all of my questions and offered up suggestions on how to proceed in selling the house. At no point did they put any pressure on me to use their service; in fact, I wanted to sign with them immediately. Every step was explained thoroughly and their suggestions made the process a lot easier than I expected. Before you knew it, a professional photographer had taken pictures of the house, Ben had put up a sign, and the house was up online ready for purchase. Within a few days, we had an open house. It took about two weeks of offers and counter-offers, inspections, pyrite tests, before we were off to the notary to seal the deal. All through this time, Ben was always professional and very respectful. On more than one occasion, he went out of his way to help me through the stressful parts of this experience. Ben has been hard at work, helping me find a new place to live, in the middle of the Covid pandemic. This is no easy task, as the market is very dry at the moment. Regardless, I am constantly receiving updates on every property available, and despite these trying times, I’m actually faced with quite a wide range of choices. Also, my needs are quite particular (I am an entrepreneur with several vehicles, many tools, and am often covered in wood chips or sawdust), so I’m not exactly an ideal tenant. Ben takes the time to check up every few days, asking me if I’ve seen anything I liked, or if I needed to make any adjustments to my search.
