About Catherine

Catherine joined Team Broady in 2007 after having spent the previous 6 years teaching Grade 5 at Kuper Academy, a local private school in the West Island. She has always had an interest in real estate, design and renovating. She bought her first property in 2001 at the age of 23 and renovated it together with her boyfriend at that time. She has since gone on to buy and renovate five other properties over the years with her husband and together they own two investment properties as well. Catherine has a unique ability to advise clients who want to be real estate investors themselves or who want to take on a renovation project. She is now responsible for running and managing Team Broady with her brother Mark and her mother Libby. Her impeccable organizational skills have helped to ensure that everything at Team Broady runs smoothly. Catherine especially loves working with move-up sellers by helping them achieve their goal of selling their current home while transitioning into a larger home that better suits their growing needs. She is a busy mother who has made this same transition with her own family and realizes how stressful it can be. In the end, her real passion is to build long lasting relationships with her clients while making their real estate dreams a reality.
