I love the involvement and attention to detail your team provides, and the feeling that there is an entire team backing me. Communication is also a great factor. I always felt up to date and in control. Never once a moment in which I didn't feel fully supported. Your team graciously helped me acquire this property 3 years ago when the seller was using DuProprio (so for a very minimal fee). We wound up having many issues surrounding the purchase from the sellers' end, including almost breaching the selling agreement.
