The last two homes I purchased happened during the last 30 years so I’m not a first-time home buyer, but it is my first time buying a home alone, so I was somewhat nervous, nonetheless. It’s never easy finding the right home and, I find the entire process to be stressful. I found the home that truly interested on Centris where Crystal Champagne happened to be the listing agent. Crystal had all the information I needed on the homepage listing. This particular home already had a pre-purchase home inspection done which was encouraged by Crystal before putting the house on the market. This is a great idea because it gave me a chance to determine the true value and condition of the home. Furthermore, the critical issues identified in the report were already corrected by the seller before visiting. Her time and effort paid off making the entire home purchasing process seamlessly easy as I felt I was in good hands. Also, it gave me the tools I needed to make an informative decision with eyes wide open. So, I made an offer upon my first visit. Crystal’s responsiveness to my emails or text messages was also incredible. If I texted her, I would get a reply within the minute. Crystal is truly amazing!! I started my journey in Nov 2022 moving from Ottawa to Montreal and she’s been with me from start to finish finding the right city location and property for my needs. It was not an easy process going through many hurdles and Crystal was there to guide me remove all barriers throughout every step of the way. Selling a property is a major decision. Whether to do it, when to do it, how to do it. With the input Crystal gave me I was able to determine that I was good with my decision and it was a go. Although I pivoted and decided to rent my condo rather than selling it, Crystal pivoted right along with me. I felt like we were a real team, and that ultimately she had my best interests at heart. Once the decision was made, she was full steam ahead, with her knowledge, creativity and very dedicated professionalism. Crystal is very easy to work with, listens and never drops the ball. There are many details involved in finalizing the rental, from credit check to handing over the keys. It was wonderful to have Crystal look after them for me.
