I spent way too long looking for a place this year thanks to the lack of professionalism I encountered throughout my months-long search. Listings without pertinent details, agents not returning calls or responding to inquiries, etc. seemed to be the norm, and I’m not even the type to ask for much. I don’t want to pooh-pooh all over an entire industry but I have to say, it was no easy task trying to find a place through other agents. What should have taken a few weeks to accomplish ended up taking me a good several months. Then one day I came across one of Eric’s listings and from there, things took a major turn for the better. It was like hitting the jackpot!
