About Eric (Yonggyun)

Eric (Yonggun) Oh, originally from South Korea migrated to Canada at the age of 11.  He immersed himself in Montreal falling in love with the city and its diversity.

Driven and passionate Eric comes prepared to be your strongest advocate when buying, selling, or investing in any real estate transaction.  He opted to become a real estate broker to help people successfully accomplish their dream property hunt with his comprehensive approach and high work ethic.  He has a great understanding of people and their intent, and he will make sure to bring a personal touch to all his real estate transactions, making his clients feel comfortable and certain during every step of the process.

While growing up in the West Island he coached teenage basketball in Pointe Claire and DDO honing his skills in leadership, teamwork and communication.  While studying and graduating from U of Concordia (Bachelor of Psychology) Eric began training and mentoring young men in the Canadian Armed Forces based in Westmount where he still works to this day.

Honesty and reliability are the qualities that describe him according to his 8-year-long military co-workers.

What he learned from the Canadian Armed Forces is that basics are everything. He will not overlook any detail or information provided by the OACIQ nor the clients’ opinions no matter how small, in order to protect his clients’ best interest. Being used to going days without sleep to get a task done in the Forces, he will be relentless, both day and night and ensure that the clients will go home with a big smile on their faces. He does not think that anyone can make a real estate decision in a blink of an eye; it could take weeks, months or even years, thus he will make sure that his clients will enjoy their journey to the fullest.

Last but not least, on top of having a wide base of connections with the military members who are looking to buy properties, he speaks Korean and he wants to help the Korean community here in Montreal for the ease of transition to the Montreal life. With his outgoing personality, he is enthusiastic to meet new clients to connect with, while seeking to satisfy his clients here with Royal LePage Village.
