The following rules will form an integral part of the lease:
- Prior to occupancy and for the entire period of the
lease, the LESSEE shall provide the LESSOR a proof of
tenant insurance, including a liability insurance up to two
million dollars ($2,000,000) a minimum of 48 hours before
occupancy.
- Prospective tenants will have to undergo credit and
background verifications at their cost to the satisfaction
of the LESSOR.
- LESSEE must return the property and any furnishings in
the same condition as when they received in and is
responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- This is a FIXED TERM lease that cannot go beyond two
years with the possibility to renew for a third year upon
mutual agreement with the LESSORS.
- LESSEE must agree to abide by rental rules which will be
provided for their review before submitting a promise to
lease.
Inclusions : FULLY FURNISHED, including: furniture, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, kayaks, bikes, and so much more (a detailed list of inclusions will be provided).
Exclusions : Electricity, propane, TV/cable, internet, hot water, water consumption taxes
