Recently I wanted to sell a 5 plex property in Ville Lasalle. (2193-2199 Rousseau, Ville LaSalle,Qc.) Someone referred me to Mrs. Pearl Kezele and Jason Fitzpatrick from “Royal LePage”. We met at the beginning of the week and by Thursday everything was set up photos and all in the Realtor system ready for market. By Saturday they had their first viewing with a customer very interested in the property. Seeing that Pearl and Jason had already scheduled an open house for the Sunday all offers would be looked at on Monday. On Sunday they had over 35 viewers at the open house and on Monday morning Pearl and Jason come over to my house to go over all the offers made. It was amazing they had 20 firm offers that we went through one by one to determine what would be best for me. We ended up choosing one that was $200K over the asking price and another on standby for the same amount.With Pearl and Jason’s guidance they helped me through all the steps to make certain the property had all the necessary papers be it the last deed of Sale, the new Location certificate and all papers pertaining to the house. They went above and beyond any realtor that I have dealt with in the past. Pearl went to Ville LaSalle City hall to check on certain information on the Location certificate regarding if ever underground oil tanks were and other issues. Pearl and Jason helped me with disposal of furniture’s going on “Marketplace” guiding me to make certain the building was completely empty from the garage to all empty rentals. I could say I would be lost without their guidance’. After a little negotiation the first offer went through and on April 24th, we finalized the sales at the Notary’s office. I would highly recommend both Pearl Kezele and Jason Fitzpatrick to anyone that is looking to buy or sell for they are “Real Seasoned Professionals”.
