Diane and Paul Laflamme listed and sold our home in Hudson in exemplary fashion.We had shopped around among the local realtors to decide who to list with, narrowing the choice to three that we invited to evaluate the market value of our home. Diane and Paul gave the most objective and helpful evaluation and presented the best marketing strategy, including a willingness to host a good number of open houses. We had no hesitation deciding to list with them, and our decision certainly was affirmed by subsequent events. Paul and Diane worked with a great photographer to prepare a compelling MLS listing. They hosted a very well attended agent’s lunch to launch the sale of our home and organized open houses that drew lots of visits. Their counsel on the original listing price as well as the timing of a price reduction was well informed and effective. When we listed in April there were 82 competing homes on the market in Hudson, and by July only ours and four others had sold.
