We were very pleased with the services provided by Marc Forget and France Turcotte of Royale Lepage Avant-Garde, Ile-Bizard, QC. Before listing, we interviewed a number of potential agents and we were very impressed with the level of relevant research on our home and local market that Marc included in his presentation. After our first sale was cancelled due to a fairly severe home inspection combined with a "jittery" buyer, Marc provided advice on a number of key improvements that we made. These improvements eventually allowed us to make the sale. Marc and France pay very close attention to timing and procedural details (including one important delay and oversight on the part of the buyers and their broker) that were very important to us. Lasly, we genuinely enjoyed working with Marc and France as they are both very positive and personable people.
